“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175oC).
  2. Rinse apples, leaving the skin on.
  3. Slice apple in half, core, and chop.
  4. Place in baking or casserole dish and cook uncovered for 35-40 mins, until soft.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins and let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or store in a glass container as a snack for the week.
