Return Policy
IC Wellness has established return policies for products purchased. We comply with the DSHEA Federal guidelines to not knowingly or deliberately misrepresent any product. Products and services may have varying return and or refund policies as well as refund time frames. Please refer to the specific details below.
Note: Services are defined as all those that include counseling, consulting, and mentoring, and are not generally refundable.
Merchandise: Shipped merchandise must be unopened and unused and include the original receipt displaying purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
Third Party Merchandise product purchase are subject to the return policies of the third party vendor and are not the responsibility of IC Wellness. Please click on the product link on the IC Wellness website to access their return policies.
Electronic Download/Digital Products: There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed.
Coaching Sessions include in-person, phone, or facetime/conference with the health coaches and are not eligible for return or refund after the session(s) have occurred.
Cancel/Reschedule Appointments: If you required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will need to contact your health coach through email. There is a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Anything outside of the 24-hour period will be billed at a cancellation fee of $25. You must complete your consultation with 60 days of your purchase date. If you do not complete your consultation within this time frame you forfeit your session, and will have to purchase a new session through the IC Wellness online store.
